LTI profile

LTI Solutions has been in business since 2003, however, our depth in training and coaching goes back much further. The practitioners in our company all have well over 10 years experience in developing people.

Martin Searle set up the company following a successful career in Human Resources working in the public and private sector. His vision is to help people and organisations develop in enjoyable, stimulating and practical ways.

Our clients cover all sectors and range from small to large organisations. All get the same level of LTI service and attention. For each assignment we listen to your business needs and tailor a proposal to meet the needs.

Our training uses accelerated learning techniques where delegates are fully engaged, supported and challenged around an agreed set of objectives.

Our coaching uses high impact methods applying up to date psychological techniques.
