Martin Searle – Managing Director
Martin has a degree in Psychology and his background is in Human
Resources. He has a Certificate and Diploma in Management Studies
and Diploma in Performance Coaching.
He is Plain English trained and authors e-learning content.
Martin has expertly facilitated workshop events and managed a large
number of complex projects throughout a career that began in 1984.
Martin is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Martin enjoys family life, music, keeping fit and golf.
Bob Bannister – Senior Consultant
Bob graduated from the University of Brighton with an MBA in 2001
and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing
and Supply, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Bob has a background in engineering, purchasing and business consultancy
and has worked with leading blue chip companies. He is an energetic
tutor and facilitator and has lead on an extensive range of consulting
assignments and project interventions.
Bob enjoys family life, with three growing youngsters, and competing
in motor sport.
Elaine Bolton – Senior Consultant
Elaine has a business degree and has specialised in human resource
development for most of her career. She is a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel and Development and is a Master Practitioner
in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Her particular strengths lie in developing people skills and interpersonal
skills, facilitating groups and coaching individuals. She has a
strong public sector background.
Elaine enjoys time with her family, friends and walking in the
countryside with her dog.
Gillian Searle – Company Secretary
Gill provides financial and customer services to the business and
will often be the first voice you hear when you ring. Gill is also
a part-time school teacher with specialisms in key stage one (5-8
year olds) and special educational needs. Gill enjoys being a supportive
Mum and she usually has a DIY project on the go.
Emily Searle – Administrative Support
Emily provides much needed back-up preparing handouts and delegate
workbooks in the office. She also fields calls and e-mails.
Emily is a student of dance and drama and has ambitions to work
in the West End and run her own Theatre School.
